I put it in place, then I use it.After another 1.5 years, having bought a new anode, I wanted to put it in the EVN. I disassembled the device, and there the anode is completely worn out. I also scooped out a couple of handfuls of husks from the tank - the enamel was crumbling, the upper part was just rusty, there was no enamel. I understand that for about six months I have already been living with a rusting tank. How long will he last under such conditions - am I already running to buy something new, or is there still six months? A pair of leads - all on one flange - that's what you need! I have it suspended from the ceiling, there is no way to climb from above, from below - all the same pipes and a handle. The thermometer is still useful, as is the regulator - sometimes you need more water - you can (temporarily) turn the thermostat to the maximum (usually it is 3/4). You still need to clean it once a year / one and a half, a tank or a heating element. If there are signs of wear, change the anode unambiguously. On enamel shedding. You need to figure out the reason. Either there was no safety valve, or there is no accumulator (out of order) and water hammer occurs when the pump is turned on. In general, you need to check the water supply system. In any case, massive enamel shedding indicates the presence of excess pressure inside the water heater. Replaced the thermostat with a new one. Now, in the 2.4 kW mode, the installation wires are very hot inside, both are zero and phase. In the 1.2 kW mode, they do not heat up. Copper wires 4 squares go from the 16A machine to the boiler. These wires do not heat up. What could be the reason for the overheating of the wires inside the unit, given that the contacts are all connected tightly, not loosened? I have an Atlantic 50 liter electric water heater, it has worked perfectly since 2007, but one evening I noticed that water was dripping from it. The problem is that it heats the water to high boiling water and for some reason does not turn off automatically for about 4 hours.
